The AAADA show is being held at Randwick racecourse in Sydney from 8 - 12 September 2010. As we will be attending the show our Canberra gallery will be closed during this period.

Chinese antique furniture has become very popular in the last 20 years or so. However, given its relatively recent "discovery" by those of us outside China there is much confusion on issues such as authenticity, the quality of the piece in its original state and the level of care taken in its restoration.
We at Humble House guarantee that we only deal in genuine old and antique furniture. The process of restoration is based on principles of conservation with every care taken to be sympathetic to the original piece.
